龙须草化学成分及抑菌活性的研究

摘    要:利用GC-MS联用法对龙须草Eulaliopsis binata化学成分进行了研究。在最佳分析条件下,共分离鉴定出了38种化学成分,主要成分为:有机酸及其酯、萜烯类及甾族等化合物,并进行了抑菌试验,其结果为今后对龙须草生理活性的开发应用研究提供重要的理论依据。

Abstract:The chemical constituents of Eulaliopsis binata were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by GC-MS.38 ingredients were identified under the optimum analyzing conditions.The main chemical components are fatty acids and esters,terpenic and sterides etc.and antimicrobial activity was preliminarily tested.It provided the basis for studies on the physio-activity of E.binata and its application.
