柴油机涡流室内湍流分布特性的研究

摘    要:报道利用激光多谱勒测速(LDA)技术测量柴油机涡流室内的湍流分布特性,简述了LDA测试系统,提出实验数据的处理方法,揭示倒施工况下涡流室内湍流强度随时间和空间的变化规律,分析湍流特性对混合形成及燃烧的影响。研究结果表明,涡流室内流场是非常常向异性湍流场,其湍流强度分布特性笃混合气形成及燃烧是有利的。

Abstract:This paper presents the characteristics of turbulence distribution in the swirl combustion chamber of a motored diesel engine tested by LDA. The test system of LDA was summarized. Handling means of experimental data was raised. The law of changes of the turbulence intensity in swirl chamber to the changes of time and space was investigated. The influence of the turbulence features on the mixing of fuel oil air and the combusting was also analyzed. It shows that the air flow is unsteady and the turbulence structure is anisotropic. Its distribution characteristics of turbulence intensity is advantageous to the mixing of fuel oil air and combusting.
