手扶拖拉机齿轮传动综合间隙角的测量与分析

为了实现齿轮磨损状况的不拆卸诊断，提出了一种用综合间隙角来分析判断各挡齿轮及键槽磨损的方法。通过对当挡传努比及齿侧间隙等对综合间隙角影响关系的分析，得了了各挡综合间隙角与齿侧间隙的定量关系式，并将各挡综合间隙角分为４个级别标准，测得各挡的综合间隙角与标准比较，即可判断齿轮中键槽的磨损情况。提出了相应的综合间隙角的检测方法并研制了检测仪器，对使用中的２３台手扶拖拉机齿轮箱各挡的综合间隙进行了测量和分

MEASURE AND ANALYSIS OF SYNTHETIC CLEARANCE DEGREE OF GEAR TRANSMISSION OF WALKING TRACTOR

In order to inspect wear condition of gears and keys in gear box of walking tractor with no disassemble method, a new method using synthetic clearance degree of gear transmission to judge wear condition of gear and key was put forward. The quantitative relationship between synthetic clearance degree and gearing in clearance in different gear transmission lines was figured out. The synthetic clearance degrees are divided into four grade standards. According to the comparison between measured synthetic clearance degrees and standards, we can easily determine whether the gears or keys are worn out or not. On the basis of theoretic analysis, an apparatus to measure synthetic clearance degree of gear transmission was designed and 23 gear boxes of walking tractors were inspected and analyzed.
