无模多点成形实验机及微机控制系统的研制

摘    要:针对塑料加工中模具设计的长周期和高成本问题,根据无械多点成形的基本原理,设计制造了计算机控制无模多点成形实验机,并讨论了其CAD系统、微机控制系统和机械系统。通过实验证明,目标试件形状与CAD设计形状吻合良好,是一种具有高柔性度的塑性加工新设备,为金属板材的三维曲面成形提供一种新工艺。

Abstract:The major problem of die design and manufacture in metal forming is the high cost and long period. In response to these questions, this paper explores the design and manufacture of experiment machine and its computer control system based on the fundamental principles of Multi Point Forming. It consists of computer aided design subsystem, computer control subsystem and mechanical subsystem. Each subsystem is discussed in detail. A series of forming experiments have been done, the results of experiments show that the shape of the target specimen is identical to the CAD design shape. All of these have proved that it is a flexible forming equipment and provides a dieless forming method for sheet metal with three dimensional surface.
