棋盘山林下大型真菌的生态多样性

摘    要:采用固定标准地(GPS设置)和线路调查方法,对沈阳棋盘山风景区油松林下大型真菌进行定点详细调查,获得大型真菌116种,隶属于29科58属.将调查所得大型真菌划分为木腐真菌、落叶及腐草生真菌、土壤腐生菌、粪生真菌、植物寄生真菌、昆虫寄生真菌、外生菌根真菌7个生态类型,研究了棋盘山风景区油松林下大型真菌的生态多样性以及外生菌根真菌所占比例.根据相似性公式,测定了棋盘山大型真菌与章古台、南迦巴瓦峰和白石砬子自然保护区真菌的相似性系数,分别为75%、59.3%和49.9%,表现出大型真菌种类的多样性.棋盘山大型真菌中外生菌根真菌占37.9%.

Abstract:116 species of macrofungi belonged to 29 families and 58 generas were obtained in Pinus tabulaeformis stands in Qipanshan Mountain Scenic Spot in Shenyang through detailed investigation in fixed plots(designed by means of GPS) and route investigating methods,and studies on the ecological diversity of macrofungi and the proportion of ectomycorrhiza(ECM) were conducted.Similarities of macrofungi in Qipanshan Mountain with that in Baishilazi Natural Reserve,Zhanggutai areas and Tibetan Najiabawa Peak were measured based on similarity formulae,and the similarity coefficient were 49.9%,75% and 59.3% respectively.
