摘    要:鲜食糯玉米采收后的营养品质和食味品质随贮藏时间、贮藏温度和贮藏环境等条件的改变而显著变化。本文对前人在糯玉米鲜穗采收后的水分、糖分、呼吸强度等生理指标变化方面的研究进行了综述。

Abstract:The nutritional quality and edible quality of post-harvest fresh ears of waxy corn will change significantly along with the changes of storage time, storage temperature and other environmental conditions. In this paper, the changes of physiological indexes of fresh ears of waxy corn after harvest are summarized, such as the water content, the sugar content, the respiration intensity and so on.
