水稻低直链淀粉含量的遗传研究

测定了不同杂交类型直链淀粉含量和其农艺性状与品质性状,并分析了它们之间的相关性。结果表明:不同杂交组合类型中,彩稻×东农9006(低×高)和彩稻×东农9921(低×中)的F2群体的直链淀粉含量分布,高(中)/低直链淀粉含量两群分离比符合1对隐性基因控制的31∶分离比例;而在相关性分析中,彩稻×东农9006(低×高)和彩稻×东农9921(低×中)的直链淀粉含量与碱消值和胶稠度之间存在着显著和极显著的负相关,与粒长和透明度呈显著和极显著的正相关,同时,彩稻×东农9006的直链淀粉含量与农艺性状中的穗长呈显著性正相关,与整精米率呈显著性负相关,与粒宽呈显著性正相关,与垩白米率呈极显著性正相关,与蛋白含量呈显著负相关;而彩稻×东农的直链淀粉含量与农艺性状中的千粒重呈显著性正相关,与精米率呈极显著性负相关。

Heredity analysis on low amylase content in rice

The experiment mensurated amylase content,agriculture traits and quality traits in different hybridizer,and analyzed their relativity.The result showed that high(middle) amylase content /low amylase content accord 3∶1 of double latent gene controlled in F2 generation of Caidao×Dongnong 9006(low×high) and Caidao×Dongnong9921(low×middle).In relativity analysis that the relation between amylase content and alkali spreading value is marked negative correlation,the relation between amylase content and gelatination consistency is great marked negative correlation,the relation between amylase content and grain length is marked positive correlation,the relation between amylase content and transparence is great marked positive correlation in Caidao×Dongnong 9006(low×high) and Caidao×Dongnong 9921(low×middle).But relation between amylase content and grain width,ear length,chalkiness ratio are marked positive correlation;relation between amylase content and head rice ratio,protein content are marked negative correlation in Caidao×Dongnong 9006.And relation between amylase content and thousand grains weight is marked positive correlation;relation between amylase content and milled rice ratio is great marked positive correlation in Caidao×Dongnong 9921.
