茅膏菜试管苗不同增殖方式研究

摘    要:为解决茅膏菜离体快繁中试管苗增殖的困难,本试验以茅膏菜试管苗为材料,通过3种不同增殖方式,研究不同激素组合、浓度的培养基对其增殖的影响.结果表明,①丛生芽增殖方式的最佳培养基为:1/2MS+0.1 mg·L-16-BA+0.1 mg·L-1NAA,时间为55 d;②叶片愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为:1/2MS+1.0 m...

Abstract:In this experiment,to solve the difficulties of in vitro propagation of the proliferation,the sterile seedlings were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different hormone combinations and concentrations on the induction and proliferation through 3 different proliferation ways in sundew(Drosera spatulata).The obtained results showed that: ① the best medium for the multiple bud cluster proliferation within 55 days was 1/2 MS+0.1 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.1 mg·L-1 NAA;② the best induction medium for the formation of callus from leaves within 20 days was 1/2 MS+1.0 mg·L-1+0.1 mg·L-1 NAA,and the best differentiation medium for callus within 20 days was 1/2 MS;③ the best medium for the adventitious buds formation directly from the leaves within 30 days was 1/2 MS.
