摘    要:利用超声波提取芹菜中槲皮素,采用正交试验L16(45)对芹菜槲皮素成分提取工艺进行优化设计.结果表明,芹菜槲皮素提取工艺的最佳条件为:浸泡4 h,超声波功率320 W,乙醇浓度90%,液料比25:1,提取40min,在此条件下芹菜槲皮素的提取率最高,达0.2221%.

Abstract:The quercetin in celery was extracted by ultrasonic wave in this research.Orthogonal experiment L16(45) was utilized to optimize the extraction procedure of celery quercetin.The results showed that the optimal extraction procedure was immersion time 4h,ultrasonic amplitude 320 W,ethanol=90%,liquid(mL)∶ solid(g)=25∶ 1,extraction time 40 min.Under those conditions the extraction efficiency of celery quercetin was highest,which reached 0.2221%.
