摘    要:为给金银花优良品种的选育提供参考,使用解剖镜、电子显微镜、扫描电镜对‘济草堂1号’和‘九丰1号’2个金银花品种的花粉、花瓣、雌蕊、雄蕊等进行了观察和比较;通过花粉离体萌发试验测定2个不同金银花品种花粉活力,通过纤维素酶法测定2个金银花品种的花粉量。结果表明:2个金银花品种解剖结构均具明显的忍冬科植物花部特性;气孔、腺毛长度、花粉大小差异明显;‘济草堂1号’花粉量大于‘九丰1号’;花粉均在蔗糖质量分数20%、硼酸质量浓度0.03 g/L时萌发率达到最高,‘九丰1号’萌发率59.34%,‘济草堂1号’萌发率49.02%。

Comparison of lfower characteristics between two varieties of Lonicera japonica
Abstract:In order to provide a reference for selecting and breeding ifne varieties ofLonicera japonica, characteristics of pollens, petals, pistils and stamens in two varieties ofL. japonica (‘Jicaotang No.1’ and‘Jiufeng No.1’) were investigated and compared by using anatomical lens, electron microscope, scanning electron microscopy. Pollen vitality of two varieties ofL. japonicawas determined through a pollen germination experiment in vitro, and pollen amount was counted through cellulase experiment. The results showed that the anatomic structures of lfowers of two varieties had apparent characteristics of Caprifoliaceae plants; Stomata, glandular hair length, and pollen size had apparent differences between the two varieties;The pollen amount of‘Jicaotang No.1’was more than that of‘Jiufeng No.1’; The pollen germination rates were the highest while mass fraction of sucrose was 20% and mass concentration of boric acid was 0.03 g/L, pollen germination rate of‘Jiufeng No.1’ reached 59.34%, and pollen germination rate of‘Jicaotang No.1’ was 49.02%.
