利用分离大豆蛋白废水深层培养香菇菌丝

摘    要:试验测定了香菇菌丝在分离大豆蛋白废水液体培养基中生长时,分离大豆蛋白废水培养液主要化学成分和香菇菌丝体生物量的变化。结果表明,CODcr去除率为80.3%,BOD5去除率为71.4%,总有机物的去除率为76%,分离大豆蛋白废水中的香菇菌丝生物量第7天最高,达13.07g/100mL(湿重)。同时,还研究了香菇菌丝培养过程中淀粉酶和纤维素酶活力的变化。

Abstract:Main chemical compositions and the biomass of L.edodes mycelia (wet weight) in the waste water isolated soybean protein were tested and analyzed. The experiment results showed that the eliminative rate of COD_(cr), BOD_5 and the total organic matter was 80.3%, 71.4% and 76% resp., and that the biomass of L.edodes mycelia in the waste water isolated soybean protein was the highest in the seventh day of culture, it reached as high as 13.07g/100mL. At the same time, activity of amylase and cellulase was also studied in this paper.
