距离分析及对奥帕克—2玉米遗传差异的研究

摘    要:应用三种不同距离分析方法研究亲本间差异及杂种优势,对15个奥帕克—2玉米及其105个杂交一代的试验结果进行了分析。结果表明,虽然三种分析模型的结果在表现形式上存在某些差异,但其所反映的遗传信息具有一定稳定性和一致性,可为育种前期的工作和亲本初选提供有效的指导,但对遗传表达机制不同的性状,距离分析的予测效力是不同的。距离分析可对以显性效应为主的性状及SCA给出有效的予测。不同的分析模型可使予测回归方程表现为线性或抛物线型。

Abstract:Three different type sof distance analysis were employed to investigate the divergence between parents and predict hybrid vigor, in which 15 inbred lines of Opaque-2 maize and their 105 single crosses were involved. The results indicated that: although some differences were shown among 3 types, the genetic information were steady and identical, so it may provide an effective guide for the initial stage of breeding and parents selecting. With the different genentic expression of characters, the predicted effects were various. Distans analysis may offer efficacious prediction to the characters of dominant effect in major and SCA. The regression equation might be of linear form or parabolic curve according to different analysis models.
