摘 要: | 对从内蒙古乌素图国家森林公园柳树上采集到的野生冬菇(Flammulina sp.)进行形态学研究和ITS分析,鉴定为芬娜冬菇(F.fennae)。使用培养料(50%棉籽壳,38%木屑,10%麸皮,2%碳酸钙)栽培,菌丝满袋时间为30d,从接种到第一潮菇采收为54d,子实体呈淡黄至黄色,子实体柄长(13~18cm),出菇整齐度好,袋产量200g左右。

Abstract: | A strain of Flammulina collected from a Salix wood located in Wusutu National Forest Park, Inner Mongolia, was identified as F.fennae based on fruit body morphology and ITS sequencing data.Mycelial colonization of a cultivation bag containing 300 g (dry weight) of substrate consisting of 50% cotton seed hulls, 38% sawdust, 10% wheat bran and 2% calcium carbonate was complete after 30 d spawn running.Harvesting of the first flush of mushrooms, yielding almost 200 g yellow-colored fruit bodies with long stipes (13-18 cm), was concluded 54 d after inoculation. |
