超级稻品种光合特性研究

摘    要:[目的]为超级稻品种的推广与应用提供科学依据。[方法]以5个超级稻品种为试材,观察它们的净光合效率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度的日变化,研究超级稻品种的光合特性。[结果]各参试水稻品种的净光合速率由大到小依次为:吉粳88>农大19>吉粳83>九稻48>吉粳102;各品种蒸腾速率早晨高晚间低,日变幅较小,日均值最高的是吉粳88。吉粳88的气孔导度早晨高,之后下降,15:00时明显升高后又下降,且日均值最高。各水稻品种的胞间CO2浓度均表现为早晨较高,之后下降,下午略有上升,之后呈下降趋势,日均值最低的是吉粳88。[结论]超级稻吉粳88的各项光合生理指标均有利于光合速率的提高,优于其他参试水稻品种。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to provide the scientific base for popularization and application of super rice varieties.[Method] With 5 super rice varieties as tested materials,their daily change of net photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concn.were observed to study the photosynthesis characteristic of super rice variety.[Result] The net photosynthesis rate in tested rice varieties in order was Jigen 88> Nongda 19> Jigen 83>Jiudao 48> Jigen 102.The transpiration rate in each variety was high in the morning and lower in night and their daily variation amplitude was smaller,with the daily mean value of Jigen 88 being highest.The stomatal conductance of Jigen 88 was highest in the morning and then was decreased,and was also risen obviously and then reduced at 15:00,with highest daily mean value.The intercellular CO2 concn.in each variety was higher in the morning and then was decreased slightly,and was also risen in the afternoon and then was reduced,with the highest daily mean value being for Jigen 88.[Conclusion] The various photosynthetic physiological indexes of super rice Jigen 88 was in favor for increasing the photosynthetic rate,so it excelled to other tested rice varieties.
