Abstract:In order to explore the influence of different strains on the quality of Broussonetia papyrifera silage, B. p(70%)and supplemental materials(corn flour 5%, molasses 10%, rice chaff 5%, bran 10%) were designed to ensile. The experiment had four experimental groups. Group Ⅰ ensiled with Candida utilis CU-1 and Lactobacillus plantarum L-1,group Ⅱ ensiled with Bacillus subtilis BU-4 and L. p L-1, group Ⅲ ensiled with L. p L-1, control group. Room temperature and 30 d. The results showed that lactic acid content in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05), pH value and NH3-N/TN were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The content of crude protein in group Ⅰ was significantly higher than group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and control group(P<0.05), and the content of acid soluble protein was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicated ensiled with C. u and L. p had best effect on quality of silage and protein.
