摘    要:试验旨在研究揉搓粉碎和微波预处理对玉米秸秆青贮发酵饲料品质的影响。以微波未处理玉米秸秆青贮为对照,以揉搓粉碎不同长度玉米秸秆为试验对象,在不同微波条件下处理不同时间后青贮50 d,分析青贮品质的各项指标。结果显示,揉搓长度为2 cm的玉米秸秆经过微波预处理有助于提高玉米秸秆青贮感官品质,可评定为优等。揉搓长度为2 cm、500 W微波预处理9 min,玉米秸秆青贮后pH值明显降低,达到3.80。中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著降低60.09%和32.19%(P<0.05)。乳酸(LA)和乙酸(AA)含量提高到4.87%和1.45%。研究表明,揉搓粉碎和微波预处理利于玉米秸秆降解转化,可以改善青贮饲料品质。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of microwave pretreatment on the quality of corn straw silage. Corn straw silage without microwave treatment was used as the control and corn straw silage kneaded and crushed of different length was used as the experimental object. Silage was processed for 50 d in different microwave pretreatment conditions and the quality of silage was analyzed by sampling. The results showed the corn straw with a kneading length of two cm was pretreated by microwave, which was helpful to improve the sensory quality of corn straw silage and the sensory quality could be evaluated as excellent. The pH value of corn straw silage decreased significantly to 3.80 in group of kneading2 cm corn straw silage with the microwave pretreatment condition of 500 W power for nine minutes. The content of NDF and ADF decreased significantly, 60.09% and 32.19% respectively. The content of LA and AA increased to 4.87% and1.45%. The study indicated that kneading and microwave pretreatment were beneficial to the degradation and transformation of corn straw and the improvement of silage quality.
