论绿色贸易壁垒对我国农业外贸的影响及对策

随着环境问题受到人们日益关注及科技的发展,发展绿色贸易已成为世纪各国关注的热门。而且,随着贸易保护主义的抬头,绿色贸易逐渐成为非关税壁垒的主要形式——绿色壁垒,很多国家尤其是发达国家普遍存在着过渡或滥用这种政策的现象,对我国等发展中国家形成了严重的贸易压力,本文在分析绿色壁垒的背景、种类及对我国对外贸易影响的基础上,从政府和企业两方面,就扩大对外贸易,占领国际市场提出了应对措施。

With great attention paid to the environmental problem and the development of science technology, developing green trade has been in great demand in many countries in the word. Meanwhile, with a new line of trade protectionism, green trade becomes the main form of the non-tariff trade barriers -Green barrier, especially many developed countries are generally having the phenomenon of abusing this policy,having formed the serious trade pressure to the developing countries, like China. Analyzing the background, varieties of the green barrier and the influences on our country’s foreign trade, I put forward the counter-measure about how to expand foreign trade and capture the international market from two respects of government and enterprises in the text.
