摘    要: 为探明叶面喷施脱落酸(ABA)对烤烟生长及品质的影响,开展了不同浓度(0,0025,005,0075,010,0125,015mmol/L)的脱落酸条件下烤烟生育期、农艺性状、经济性状和化学成分的研究。结果表明,在005~0125mmol/L范围内,越高浓度的脱落酸水平,生育期缩短的优势越是明显,高于和低于此范围的脱落酸浓度都不利于缩短生育期;喷施010~0125mmol/L脱落酸既有利于烟株的生长发育,又有利于提高产量、产值、上等烟比例和中上等烟比例,且降低了氯含量、蛋白质含量和氮碱比,提高了总氮、总糖、还原糖、钾含量、钾氯比(K/Cl)和施木克值,明显改善了烟叶的品质。因此,浓度为010~0125mmol/L脱落酸的喷施效果最好,但要得出最适宜浓度还要进一步的试验研究。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of foliage spraying abscisic acid(ABA) on the growth and quality of flue cured tobacco, a research of growth stages, agronomic characters, economical characters and chemical composition under different concentration abscisic acid (0,0025, 005,0075,010,0125 ,015mmol/L)was studied. The results showed that in the range of 005 ~ 0125 mmol/L, the higher was the concentration of abscisic acid, the shorter was the growth period. Above or below the concentration range was not advantage for shorten growth period; within 010~0125 mmol/L abscisic acid, the growth, yield, output value, rate of superior1class and rate of superior and secondary class were promoted while the content of Cl, protein and N/nicotine reducing and the content of total N, total sugars, reducing sugars, potassium, K/Cl and shmuck value increasing; the quality was improved obviously. Therefore, 010~0125 mmol/L abscisic acid performed best, but further study of the best concentration is needed.
