烤烟新品系SF04的区域适应性研究

 为了明确烤烟杂交新品系SF04的适应区域、应用价值、栽培烘烤特性及抗病性等，本研究在云南省5个不同生态区开展品种小区试验。试验表明：烤烟杂交新品系SF04株型为塔形，叶形长椭圆形，大田生育期120 d，封顶株高110.5 cm，平均有效叶数20.5片，最大腰叶长68.6 cm，最大腰叶宽29 cm，节距4.8 cm，茎围9.3 cm；产量为2995.5kg/hm2，产值25692.2元/hm2，产指1493.1,上等烟比例30.1%，产量、产值的高稳性较好，尤其在昭通、曲靖试点表现突出。经抗性鉴定结果表明，SF04抗黑胫病、中抗南方根结线虫病，感TMV和赤星病，但不高感某一种病害，这与田间自然发病调查结果一致。综合分析表明，SF04遗传性状稳定，综合表现超过对照K326，可进一步进行生产示范及工业评价。

A Study on Regional Adaptability of Flue cured Tobacco MS F1 Hybrid SF04

To provide scientific basis for examining and approving of tobacco varieties and their planting region, regional tests were arranged at five different tobacco ecological zones in Yunnan province. The regional tests from the five different locations showed that variety of SF04 had stable biological traits and economic characters especially in Zhaotong and Qujing locations. SF04 oblongs tower type plant, had long oval leaves and 120 day growing period in field．The top height was 110.5cm, effective leaves were 20.5 per plant，length and width of the biggest mid leaf was 686 cm and 29.1 cmrespectively，internodal length was 4.8 cm, and stalk circumference was 9.3 cm. The comprehensive economic characters were superior to the control variety of K326. The average yield, output value, harvest index and the leaf proportions of higher grade of SF04 were 2995.5kg/hm2, 25692.2yuan/hm2, 1493.1per hectare and 30.1% respectively. The study which was conducted to identify the anti diseases showed that SF04 was superior to the control variety of K326. It was resistant to tobacco black shank, moderately resistant to tobacco（South）root knot nematode disease, but it was susceptible to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and tobacco brown spot，particularly had not be found highly susceptible to any kind of disease by using pot culture and field trials. In conclusion, the flue cured tobacco hybrid of SF04 is worth to be carried out further test and research on matching cultural technique, productive demonstration as well as industrial evaluation.
