水稻白叶枯病专用接种装置研制

摘    要: 介绍一种自行研制的水稻白叶枯病菌专用接种装置,其优点是携带轻便,操作简便,提高实验效率,可为科研人员节约大量的精力和时间,该装置菌液能自动流到进行剪叶操作的剪刀刀片上,流量可控制,而且可避免菌液在接种过程中被污染。本装置已获国家专利,专利申请号:2009201118503,专利授权号:CN201450921U。

Abstract:In this study, a new equipment which could facilitate rice bacterial blight pathogen inoculation was introduced. The advantages of the equipment were that it could be carried and operated easily and improve the experimental efficiency. Typically, the bacterial suspension flowed to scissors blades as it was working, and the flow velocity could be regulated so as to avoid the inoculums contaminated in the actual operating process. Further, a lot of energy could  be saved with the equipment. This equipment was granted the national patent with the Application No. CN201450921U and Patent No. 200920111850.3.
