肥料缓施对小麦氮素代谢及产量的影响

摘    要:在大田条件下,研究了两种缓施肥(斯格利和乐喜施)对小麦氮素初步代谢及产量的影响。结果显示,在缓释条件下,氮肥释放速率较慢,硝酸还原酶活性高峰持续时间较长而且延后,中后期还能维持较高水平,与对照尿素比较达到显著水平,但两种缓施肥之间无显著差异;两种缓施肥对产量的影响与尿素相比均有提高,表明氮肥在缓控条件下的释放有利于小麦的氮素代谢和高产。

Abstract:Under the field conditions, we investigated effect of two slow-release fertilizer on nitrogen elementary metabolism and yield of wheat. The results showed that the activity of nitric acid deoxidize enzyme reactive peak sustained over a long period of time and delayed in slow-release conditions, maintained a higher level later, and achieved a notability difference than urea . But no significant differences between the two slow-release fertilizers; effects of two slow-release fertilizers on yield were slight increased compared with urea, and which indicated that nitrogen in slow release conditions availed wheat of nitrogen metabolism and high-yield.
