恶霉灵在合欢离体快速繁殖中的应用

摘    要:以合欢的子叶、下胚轴、根为外植体,接种于不同浓度恶霉灵(HMI)及其它不同激素配比的改良培养基上,观察恶霉灵对合欢离体快速繁殖的影响。研究结果表明,恶霉灵对以上三种外殖体无诱导愈伤组织的作用。在单独加有3mg/L HMI和加有3mg/L HMI BA(0.5mg/L) NAA(0.01mg/L)的MS培养基上能诱导愈伤组织芽的分化,并对离体单株有增殖壮苗作用,效果优于单加BA和KT。恶霉灵浓度为0.3mg/L时能诱导再生苗生根,且具有促进根毛产生的作用,NAA和IBA不能诱导根毛的产生。

USE OF HYMEXAZOL (HMI) IN RAPID PROPAGATION OF Albizzia julibrissin Durazz
Abstract:The explants from cotyledons ,hypocotyls and roots of Albizziajulibrissin Durazz were cultured on modified MS mediums supplemented with hymexazol (HMI) and some other hormones at different concentrations respectively. The effects of HMI on rapid propagation of A. julibrissin were observed. The results showed that HMI has no effects on callus induction for the three kinds of explants. Calluses could produce adventitious buds when HMI was used at high concentration (3 mg·L-1). 3 mg·L-1 HMI and 3 mg·L-1 HMI+ 0.5 mg·L-1 BA +0.01 mg·L-1 NAA contained in MS mediums could induce bud differentiation from calluses and enhance growth vigour and multiplication of in vitro shoots. The effects of HMI were better than those of BA and ZT. Roots and root hairs can be induced on 1/2MS medium supplemented with 0.3 mg·L-1 HMI, no root hairs were produced on 1/2MS medium supplemented with NAA or IBA.
