新中国首部《婚姻法》在农村的阻力及应对策略

新中国成立后,颁布了《中华人民共和国婚姻法》(以下简称《婚姻法》),对不合理的婚姻制度进行了变革。但是,在农村,《婚姻法》遭到了部分干部和群众的误解,宣传与贯彻工作遇到了较大的阻力。为此,中央出台了一系列政策,加强对《婚姻法》的宣传与贯彻力度。同时,各地农村也采取了多种方式,积极对《婚姻法》进行宣传与贯彻。经过各方的不懈努力,《婚姻法》在各地农村基本做到了家喻户晓,并日益深入人心。《婚姻法》摧毁了长期束缚农村青年的封建婚姻制度和观念,确立了新民主主义婚姻制度和观念。

Opposition and Coping Strategies for the First Marriage Law of New China in Rural Areas

The new government promulgated the Marriage Law of the People’s Republic of China to change the unreasonable values of marriage after the founding of the New China.Nevertheless,a part of leading cadres and the masses couldn't understand the Marriage Law so that the task of publicizing and implementing the Marriage Law encountered many resistances in rural areas.Thereafter,central authorities issued a series of policies to strengthen publicity and implementation of the Marriage Law.At the same time,rural areas took many ways to publicize and implement the Marriage Law.As a result of these efforts,the Marriage Law basically became household in rural areas,gaining more and more popularity.The Marriage Law destroyed the feudal values and institution of marriage which had fettered young people for a long time in rural areas.At the same time,the Marriage Law established the new democracy values and institution of marriage in rural areas.
