摘    要:近年来,新式茶饮作为餐饮行业的一大新兴热门消费领域,受到广大年轻消费者和资本市场的热情追捧,同时也正在成为我国茶产业发展的新趋势和新的经济增长点。本文分析了新式茶饮的特征和行业现状,并根据其存在的不足,结合茶饮行业发展的大趋势,提出了几点未来展望:市场空间大,发展前景良好;要加大产品创新力度与更新换代速度,严格把控茶饮品质与安全;结合新媒体,创新营销方式,探索新零售电商、组合跨界营销的新模式;重视市场运营,塑造品牌文化价值,进一步扩大品牌知名度和影响力。

Abstract:In recent years,as a new and popular consumer field in the catering industry,new tea has been enthusiastically sought after by young consumers and capital markets.It is also becoming a new trend in the development of China's tea industry and a new economic growth point.The article analyzes the characteristics of new tea and the status quo of the industry,basing on its shortcomings,combining with the general trend of tea industry development.It puts forward some future prospects,namely,market space is large and development prospects are good;we need to increase product innovation,update the iteration speed,strictly control the quality and safety of tea control,combine new media to innovate marketing methods,explore new retail e-commerce,combine new modes of cross-border marketing,pay attention to market operation,shape brand culture value,and further expand brand awareness and influence.
