摘    要:泾阳茯茶是陕西省泾阳县特产,中国国家地理标志产品。它是利用最低等级的毛茶,在陕西泾阳经二次加工后,销往草原地区的一种黑茶,还有探讨的余地。笔者利用早年在泾阳地区调查的契机,通过询问当地老人关于泾阳茯茶的史迹,在梳理文献资料与实地调查的前提下,对泾阳茯茶产生的时间、制作的工艺和运输的路线进行了探析研究。为还原泾阳茯茶的发展史,弘扬陕西优秀文化做出了一定的努力。

Abstract:Jingyang Fu tea is a special product of Jingyang County,Shaanxi Province and a national geographical symbolic product of China.It is a kind of black tea that uses the most preliminary unfired tea leaves,sold to the grassland area after secondary processing in Jingyang,Shaanxi.According to the early years of investigation in the Jing Yang area,by asking local elders about the history of Jingyang Fu tea,in combing the literature and field research,this paper explored the time of the production of Jingyang Fu tea,the process of production and the transport routes,trying to the restore the history of Jingyang Fu tea and promote Shaanxi culture.
