NJS系小鼠的多项遗传纯度监测与分析

摘    要:对作者培育的NJS小鼠进行了生化标志基因测试、免疫标志基因测试、毛色基因测试、皮肤移植试验、下颌骨形态分析等多项遗传监测。结果表明,控制NJS小鼠的生化、免疫、形态等遗传学性状的基因位点均已纯合,该小鼠符合近交系动物的遗传纯度要求。NJS小鼠是一株新培育的近交系,具有独特的遗传概貌和特性。所检的分布在12条染色体上的25个生化标志基因未见与其他近交系小鼠完全相同。H-2位点基因为H-2Kd、H-2Dk。毛色基因型为AABBccDD。下颌骨形态判别函数DF1、DF2、DF3、DF4值分别为4.51、-6.31、0.16、-0.85。与近交系BALB/c、C57BL/6、615、SMMC/c的遗传距离分别为83.19、62.87、41.34、22.44。

Abstract:Various methods of genetic monitoring were used in NJS mouse line, including searching for biochemical marker, searching for histocompatibility 2 complex, test in coat color, skin grafting and analysis of the mandibular shape. The results showed that all gene loci of NJS mouse, which control biochemical, immunological and coat color traits monitored, are homozygous, and that the mouse is up to the standard of inbred line in genetic homogeneity. It was validated that NJS mouse is a newbred inbred line with particular genetic background and specific property. None of its twenty five biochemical marker genes distributed over twelve chromosomes are identical to other inbred mouse lines. Its H 2 genes are H 2K d, H 2D k. Its coat color genotype is AABBccDD. Its differential function DF 1 DF 4 of the mandibular shape is 4.51, -6.31, 0.16, -0.85, respectively. The genetic distance apart from BALB/c, C 57 BL/6, 615, SMMC/c is 83.19, 62.87, 41.34, 22.44, respectively.
