| 摘 要： | 根据林业CDM项目的特点和中国林业资源的发展现状、威胁的因素和发展潜力,对CDM的造林和再造林项目进行了分析,并提出解决CDM的造林和再造林项目所面临的泄露问题及解决方案,为促进林业CDM项目的发展提供政策依据。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of forestry CDM project and the current development conditions,affecting factors and development potentiality of Chinese forest resource,this study analyzed the forestation and reforestation projects of CDM,and proposed its current problems as well as corresponding solutions,providing policy evidence for the development of CDM projects in China. |
