摘    要:为选择适宜于山东地区栽种的抗天牛速生杨树品种,以生产中应用的L35和I-107为对照,对4个新引种杨树无性系的抗虫指标(树皮相对膨胀度、愈伤组织、树皮内单宁、邻苯二酚和对羟基苯甲酸)和生长量(胸径、树高和材积)进行测定,并采用隶属函数法综合评价。结果表明,各参试杨树无性系的抗虫性随着抗性评价指标的不同而稍有差异,综合评价表明新引种无性系B1具有较强的抗虫性,与对照I-107相当,其次为B53和B40,这3个新无性系的抗虫性均超过对照L35,B33抗虫性最弱。无性系B1的速生性表现较突出,6年生单株材积超过两对照为11.26%~14.5%,其作为抗天牛速生杨树无性系具有较好的选择潜力。

Abstract:To select anti-longhorn beetle and fast-growing poplor varieties suitable to cultivate in Shandong,China,4 newly introduced poplar clones were examined from the aspects of resistance indices(including relative turgidity of bark,contents of phenolic acid in callus and bark) and growth characteristics(including diameter at breast height,height,and volume),and evaluated by membership function method.The results showed that the resistance of each poplar clones was slightly different when different evaluation index systems were adopted.Comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysis results indicated that B1 and I-107(the control) both displayed excellent resistance to Cerambycidae,followed by B40 and L35,B33,but B53 showed relatively weak resistance.B1 also exhibited fast-growing characters,indicating its potential for further selection and study.
