(+)-柠檬烯和3-(+)-蒈烯对不同发育期华山松木蠹象诱捕量的变化

摘    要:为了进一步验证处于补充营养期和交尾产卵期的华山松木蠹象对来自寄主华山松的(+)-柠檬烯和3-(+)-蒈烯趋向反应存在较大差别,进行了林间诱捕试验。结果表明:在2008年,(+)-柠檬烯的诱捕高峰出现在诱捕初期的4月中旬、下旬;3-(+)-蒈烯的诱捕高峰则出现在诱捕后期的6月上旬、中旬,并且在7月上旬出现一个小高峰;在2009年,(+)-柠檬烯的诱捕高峰出现在4月下旬至5月下旬,3-(+)-蒈烯的诱捕高峰出现在6月下旬至7月中旬,在8月上旬出现一个诱捕小高峰。当以(+)-柠檬烯和3-(+)-蒈烯的1∶3的混合物为引诱剂时,则在5月上旬、5月下旬和7月上旬出现3个诱捕高峰。诱捕结果证实了不同发育期的华山松木蠹象对寄主挥发物具有不同的嗅觉感受能力的推测。

Abstract:Previous studies have shown that walking Pissodes punctatus in maturation feeding and sexually matured stages displayed different olfactory responses toward(+)-limonene and 3-(+)-carene.To further validate this conclusion,forest trapping tests were conducted.In 2008,trapping peak by(+)-limonene occurred in the middle and late April,whereas those by 3-(+)-carene occurred in the early and middle June,and a trapping mini-peak was observed in the early ten days of July.In 2009,trapping peak of(+)-limonene occurred from the late April to the late May,and trapping peak of 3-(+)-carene occurred from the late June to the middle July,and a mini-peak occurred in the early ten days of August.However,3 trapping peaks occurred in the early May,the late May and the early July respectively.Trapping results confirmed the speculation that P.punctatus in different stages of development exhibited different responses to the same monoterpene from its host trees.
