低碳经济时代下的森林碳汇问题研究

森林碳汇在减缓全球气候变化中起着重要的作用。在应对经济与环境的双重危机过程中,发展低碳经济成为推进人类可持续发展的重要共识。森林碳汇是发展低碳经济的重要力量。在论述了低碳经济、森林碳汇等相关概念的基础上,阐述了国内外关于森林碳汇问题的研究现状,并对森林碳汇的经济属性和森林、二氧化碳、经济三者之间的相互关系进行深入分析,最后基于森林碳汇角度,对低碳经济下林业未来发展提出可行建议。

Forest Carbon Sink Towards Low Carbon Economy

Forest carbon sink(FCS) plays a significant role in mitigating the global climate change.To deal with the crisis of economy and environment,developing low-carbon economy is a consensus on boosting sustainable development goals of human society.FCS is the key point and important way to develop the low-carbon economy.Based on the discussion of some correlative concepts,such as low-carbon economy,FCS and its effect,advances in the researches of the issues of FCS were reviewed.Relationships among forest,carbon dioxide,and economy were analyzed.Suggestions were put forward for the development of forestry from the aspect of FCS.
