| 摘 要： | 以1 917份中国菊花品种以及从中确定的413份初选核心种质为试材,比较了两者表型性状差异,检测了初选核心种质对总体品种资源的代表性.结果表明,初选核心种质的5个质量性状的不同表现型频率和7个数量性状的平均数、标准差、变异系数、极值等参数与菊花品种总体资源基本一致;质量性状平均符合度、数量性状平均值和标准差的平均符合度均在95%以上(分别为97.5%、98.66%和97.22%);初选核心种质与所有品种资源12个观赏性状的Shannon-weaver遗传多样性指数差异不显著.表明本研究所构建的菊花初选核心种质能够较好地代表供试总体资源的遗传多样性,可以作为中国菊花的初选核心种质.
