寄主植物对斜纹夜蛾药剂敏感性及中肠羧酸酯酶等的影响

摘    要:用不同药剂对取食不同寄主植物的斜纹夜蛾进行试验 ,结果表明 :取食芋头、甘蓝和菜心的斜纹夜蛾 5龄幼虫对喹硫磷、甲氰菊酯、万灵的敏感性顺序为甘蓝 >菜心 >芋头 ,对卡死克敏感性变化不大。取食芋头的斜纹夜蛾 5龄幼虫的中肠羧酸酯酶的比活力明显高于取食甘蓝叶和菜心的。在相同的使用浓度下 ,万灵、甲氰菊酯对甘蓝上斜纹夜蛾幼虫的防效高于对芋头上斜纹夜蛾的防效

Abstract:The results of bioassay showed that the 5th instar larvae of the common cutworm fed on different host plants had remarkable difference in susceptibility to some pesticides. The susceptibility sequence was cabbage( Brassica olteracea )>flowering Chinese cabbage( B. campestris )>taro( Colocasia esculenta )to qinalphos, fenpropathrin, methomyl, but there was no obvious difference in susceptibility to flufenoxuron among the larvae fed on these host plants. Different kinds of food plants could influenced the activity of carboxylesterase in mid-gut. So when using the same concentration, methomyl and fenpropathrin could give much better protection effects to cabbage than to taro.
