| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸气蒸馏萃取法（DSE）和同时蒸馏萃取法（SDE）提取巴戟天的挥发性成分，并用气相色谱-质谱仪（GC／MS）对提取成分进行定性、定量分析。结果表明，从DSE、SDE法提取的挥发性成分中分别鉴定出30（总含量58．24μg／g）、26种化合物（总含量（86．66μg／g），2种方法共提取出36种化合物，其中十六酸含量最高，其次为亚油酸、油酸、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、间甲苯甲醛、龙脑。 |
