摘    要:为研究土壤水分含量对互叶白千层叶片产油的影响,将1 a生的互叶白千层苗栽培在5个土壤水分务件下,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对互叶白千层油的主要成分进行定性定量分析.结果表明,土壤水分含量对互叶白千层叶片产油率有极显著影响,各处理的产油率大小顺序是土壤含水量75%>60%>50%>30%>渍水.互叶白千油的3种主要成分是1,...

Abstract:1-year-old seedlings of Melaleuca leucadendron were planted at 5 soil water levels to study the effects of soil water contents on oil ratio from leaves.The Main components of Melaleuca leucadendron oil were qualitative and quantitative analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy.The result showed that soil water levels had significant effect on the oil percentage.The order of oil percentage at 5 water levels was as followed:75%>60%>50%>30%>soil waterlogging.Three main components of oil were 1,8-cineole,α-terpineol and α-pinene.Among them the percentages of 1,8-cineole and α-terpineol had no significant difference,but the percentage of α-pinene had reached significant level(P<0.05) under varying soil water levels.The percentages 1,8-cineole and α-terpineol decreased,but the percentage of α-pinene increased with decreasing of soil water content.
