蒙山虫草的分离及规模化生产技术研究

摘    要:蒙山虫草属于发现较晚的冬虫夏草种类,其主要化学成分、医疗保健功效与我国西部高原地区的冬虫夏草基本一致。2000年以来,笔者以大米为主要培养基,进行了大量的人工培养及规模化生产试验研究。结果:获得了实验室条件下培养蒙山虫草最佳培养基配方,及人工培养虫草菌丝体和子实体的技术要点,并总结出温度、湿度、光照、酸碱度等环境因子对虫草生长的作用。

Abstract:Cordyceps Kyushuensis Kobayasi belong to find later cordyceps types, its main chemical composhion and health care efficacy and in China's western plateau cordyceps are basically the same. Since 2000, the author taken the rice as the main culture medium, has carried on a lot of artificial cultivation and scale production testing and research. The result: got the best culture medium of C. mengshanensis under laboratory conditions, and took the technological points of cultured mycelia and fruitbody, in addition,summed up the role of temperature, humidity, light, pH and other environmental factors on C. mengshanensis growth.
