| 摘 要： | 本文从解读2004～2007年中共中央连续四年以"三农"为主题下发的四个"一号文件"入手,阐述了加强农村文化建设是社会主义新农村建设的一项重要内容和强大动力,提出作为高校图书馆有责任、有义务服务于社会主义新农村的文化建设。介绍了北京农学院图书馆在为新农村建设服务中的工作思路和具体做法。

| Abstract: | Considering the problems of "agriculture,rural and peasant",the Party Central Committee issued four No.1 Circulars in 2004-2007.This paper introduced the four documents and interpreted the role of cultural construction in rural reconstruction,and then it pointed out that the agricultural university libraries are under an obligation to serve the construction of rural culture.Finally,this paper introduces the proposal of Beijing Agricultural University library in serving rural reconstruction. |
