摘    要:为分析根系特征与水稻适应水分胁迫的关系,以水稻(Oryza sativa L.)品种金优402为研究材料,用营养液培养方法,研究聚乙二醇(PEG)造成的水分胁迫对植物根系生长的影响.结果表明,经PEG-6000 50 g.L处理5 d的植株,其根干质量和活跃吸收面积增加,直径变粗,鲜质量、相对含水量和根长下降.+PEG处理的根活跃吸收面积比对照平均高6%,最多高47%.水分胁迫对根表面积和分形维数的影响比较复杂.水分胁迫前期根表面积下降,后期根表面积上升并超过对照.水分胁迫1 d后,根分形维数迅速上升并超过对照,水分胁迫5 d后又下降到对照以下,水分胁迫解除后,再次上升.根表面积与根干质量之间呈极显著正相关;根活跃吸收面积与根系相对含水量呈极显著正相关.
