复合微生物制剂对怀山药连作障碍的修复机制研究

摘    要:利用分子微生态方法研究了土壤修复微生物菌剂在怀山药连作障碍土壤修复过程中的作用。结果表明:怀山药种植土壤样品加入ZZMZ土壤修复微生物菌剂,经28 d修复后,土壤样品中连作障碍物——香草酸、对羟基苯甲酸及阿魏酸的总量明显降低,降解率达50.93%。

Abstract:The molecular microbial ecology have shown that soil improved bacterial manure(ZZMZ) could survive in the Rhizosphere of Dioscorea opposita Thunb..The ZZMZ soil improvedbacterial manure could get rid of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.continuous cropping obstacle.After the manure spread,the amount of continuous cropping problem materials,such as vanillic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic,and ferulic acid were reduced,the decomposed percent reached 50.93%.
