微波场协同提取腊梅花总黄酮的研究

摘    要:对微波提取腊梅花总黄酮的新工艺进行研究。结果表明,最佳的提取工艺为:原料0.500 g的腊梅花粉末,提取剂为60%乙醇,提取剂用量为1∶60(m/V),微波功率为464 W,提取时间为450 s,提取3次。与溶剂提取法相比,微波提取腊梅花总黄酮的每次提取时间从36 000 s减少为450 s,提取率从68.17%提高到94.61%。

Abstract:A new microwave extraction method was used to extract the flavonoids from Chimonanthus praecox.The extraction processes were investigated and the optimal conditions were as follows:raw material 0.500g Chimonanthus praecox dry powder,the extraction agent 60%(V/V)alcohol solution,the ratio of raw material to extraction agent 1∶60(m/V),the microwave power 464 W,and the extraction time 450s for three times.Compared with solvent extraction,microwave extraction method could reduced the extraction time from 36000s to 450s and increased extraction efficiency from 68.17% to 94.61%.
