摘    要:以去苞叶后含水量在29%~31%的不同粒型玉米杂交种‘富农1号’、‘郑单958’和‘辽单565’种子为材料,以25℃为对照,在0、-2、-4、-6、-8、-10℃不同低温下处理8h后,测定电导率、可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性.结果表明:随着温度的下降,种子电导率逐渐上升,可溶性糖含量、SOD和POD活性也逐渐升高,上升的程度因不同粒型的玉米杂交组合的不同而异.‘富农1号’的抗冻生理生化基础最优越,‘郑单958’次之,‘辽单565’较差.

Abstract:Mature ears (without husks,with moisture content of 29 %~31 %) of hybridize maize at different grain type (cvs.'Funong No.1','Zhengdan 958' and 'Liaodan 565') were used as material to determine electrical conductivity,soluble sugar content,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activities under low temperature treatment at 0 ℃,-2 ℃,-4 ℃,-6 ℃,-8 ℃,-10 ℃ for 8h,with 25 ℃ as the control.The results showed that seeds conductivity,soluble sugar content,SOD and POD activities gradually increased with the temperature decreased.The degree of increasing varied with different grain type.'Funong No.1' had the most superior anti-freeze physiological and biochemical basis,the second was 'Zhengdan 958',and the worst was 'Liaodan 565'.
