俄罗斯大果沙棘生长季造林缓苗期苗木生理生化特性

摘    要:在新疆克拉玛依农业开发区,于6—8月林木生长季用当年培养55d的俄罗斯大果沙棘扦插苗造林,造林前后定株、定叶、定时测定试验苗木的生理生化特性。结果表明:造林后1—3d苗木的光合指标降低,第4天开始上升,栽后5d左右可以恢复到栽植前的光合水平;造林缓苗期在5d左右,造林成活率可达95%以上;苗木脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白在造林后均降低,第6天开始上升,第9天可达到造林前的生理水平;与造林后光合作用相比,脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的恢复有滞后现象。该造林技术与传统造林技术相比,林木缓苗期短,造林成活率高,可延长造林时间50~70d。该造林技术可在西北干旱地区大规模推广。

Abstract:A study on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Hippophae rhamnoides ssp.russia was conducted by periodically measuring a serial of indexes with the same leaves from the same annual plot saplings bred by cuttage propagation between June and August in the agricultural development area in Karamy,Xinjiang.The results showed that the photosynthesis rate of the saplings dropped within the 1-3 d after being transplanted,the photosynthesis index value began to increase and retyrn to the normal leve...
