摘    要:为研究壳聚糖(Chitosan,CTS)对蝴蝶兰幼苗抗旱性的影响,以蝴蝶兰幼苗为试材,叶面喷施150mg/L CTS后,在自然干旱胁迫下,测定相对电导率,过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸、可溶性糖的含量.结果表明:与干旱胁迫相比,CTS处理后的蝴蝶兰幼苗相对电导率增加了44.93%,MDA含量降低了19.86%,POD、CAT和SOD活性分别提高了49.46%、51.49%和12.06%,游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量分别增加了134.10%和17.47%.总之CTS可以通过提高蝴蝶兰幼苗保护酶活性和增加渗透调节物质含量来减少干旱胁迫的影响.

Abstract:The study was to reveal effects of exogenous Chitosan(CTS) on the physiological characteristics of phalaenopsis seedlings under draught stress.To measure the relative conductivity,the content of MDA,proline,soluble sugar,and the activity of CAT,POD,SOD.The results showed that CTS can increased the RWC by 44.93 %,proline by 134.10 %,the activity of POD,CAT and SOD by 49.46 %,51.49 % and 12.06 %,and reduced the content of MDA by 19.86 %,increased the content of soluble sugar by 17.47 %.These data above showed...
