着力解决五大方面问题全面提升江苏"十一五"农机化发展水平

近十年来,江苏农机化发展一直保持着健康快速发展的势头“,十一五”期间,农机化工作如何实现新的突破,服务社会主义新农村建设和江苏“两个率先”的目标实现,是江苏省农机系统面临的重大课题。江苏实现“十一五”农机化发展规划,全面开创农机化工作新局面,关键是解决好资金投入、技术创新、提高机具利用效率、监理机构的体制和三个层次人才的培养等五个方面的问题。
