| Abstract: | Lean manufacturing has a great influence on the management idea. The commonly adopted mechanism is the KANBAN. But recent research indicates that the previous control policies fail to realize the production system's capacity to the full. In the present paper, a new-type system, called CLPS control policy, is proposed based on the combination of the DBR and CONWIP theories. Simulation results indicate that CLPS is the best control strategy in consideration of stock cost and customers' satisfaction. |
