摘    要:以9个辣椒品系的种子为材料,对其营养成分和矿质元素含量进行测定和比较分析。结果表明:辣椒种子中蛋白质含量丰富,为25.4%~29.4%,各品种之间差异较小;可溶性糖含量较高,各品种间差异较大,含量最高的益都红系2和08114比最低的08040高39.66%;维生素C含量较高,为272~282mg/kg,品种间差异小;在矿质元素中,磷、钾含量较高,钙次之,铁含量较低。

Abstract:The seeds of nine pepper species were provided to test and compare the nutrients and mineral elements. The results showed that the contents of protein and Vitamin C were respectively from 25.4% to 29.4% and from 272 mg/kg to 282 mg/kg,there are less diversity between these species,the contents of soluble carbohydrate were high in pepper seeds,the contents of the highest material,Yiduhong series No.2 and 08114,were 39.66% higher than the lowest one,08040,which showed a larger diversity between these species,...
