| 摘 要： | 对临夏州水资源现状和特点进行了分析，阐述了影响水资源减少的因素。提出了加强气候资源保护；开展水资源保护规划；发展节水农业；加强科技投入等保护利用对策。

| Abstract: | The status and characteristics of water resources in Linxia were analyzed to explain the factors of influence water resources reduced,some developing strategies have been put forward in this paper that proposes strengthening the climate resources protection;carry out water conservation planning;develop water-saving agriculture;strengthen the protection and utilization of science and technology investment and other countermeasures. |
