| 摘 要： | 西部地区农科大学生就业面临更为严峻的形势,其主要因素是西部地区农业经营体制改革迟缓,农业院校人才培养模式创新不够以及大学生综合素质与现代农业发展要求不相适应.农业院校应加快人才培养模式创新,提高人才培养质量;农科大学生应勤练内功,加强思想道德修养和自身良好心理素质的锻炼,才能适应现代农业发展对农科人才的需要,不断提高自身就业能力.
