| 摘 要： | 通过探讨人文精神在图书馆文化中的体现,认为人文精神是图书馆管理文化的核心精神,指出了图书馆管理者必须在图书馆工作中体现人文精神,也指出了图书馆人文精神缺失的现象,探讨了图书馆必须在服务理念、规章制度等方面弘扬人文精神,体现人文关怀.

| Abstract: | The paper approaches the humane spirit from different angles.The author thinks that humane spirit is its core in library management.The Librarian should embody its humane spirit in their work.The absence of the human sprit in library has been mentioned.The sevice concept and the rules etc.which should include the human sprit and careness have been discussed. They should improve their service and service theory. |
