| 摘 要： | 宁夏平罗县面对枸杞产业北扩发展滞后的难题,转变发展方式,采取政策扶持,发挥土地信用社优势,依托企业和客商,实行科技承包、土地经营权规模流转、市场化经营等措施,破解了该县枸杞产业北扩的发展困局,探索出一条适合当地枸杞产业规模发展的路子,具有十分重要的启示和借鉴. |

| Abstract: | Facing the difficulties of northward development of medlar industry,the government of Pingluo County solves the problem and explores a road for scaled development of local medlar industry,which plays the exemplary role,by changing developing mode,taking policy support,elaborating superiority of land credit cooperatives,depending on enterprises and travelling traders,carrying out technical jobs under contracts,circulating in scale the managing rights of land,and carrying on the management in markets. |
