摘    要:[目的]为发展平地栽参技术,并考察其质量,以人参皂苷为指标,比较2种土壤环境下种植的人参皂苷含量。[方法]采用药典方法提取人参皂苷,用紫外分光光度计测定总皂苷含量,并用HPLC法测定8种单体皂苷的含量.[结果]不同土壤种植的4~5年生人参的总皂苷含量均在6%以上;8种腐殖土人参单体皂苷含量高于其对应的农田土人参单体皂苷含量.[结论]同年生人参,农田土人参皂苷含量低于腐殖土人参皂苷含量.

Comparison and Analysis of Ginsenoside Content in Panax ginseng C.A. Mey in Different Soil Environment

Abstract:[Objective] In order to develop the technology of growing ginseng in farmland soil and study the quality, ginsenoside content was used as the index to compare the ginseng content in two kinds of growing soil environment. [Method] Ginsenoside was extracted by using the pharmacopoeia method. The total content of ginsenosides was determined by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the content of 8 kinds of monoginsenosides was measured by using HPLC. [Result] The content of total ginsenosides in 4-5 years ginseng in different planting soil was all more than 6%. The content of 8 kinds of monoginsenosides in ginseng in humus soil was higher than that in farmland soil. [Conclusion] For ginseng growing in the same age, the ginsenosides content in farmland soil was lower than that in humus soil.
